Open Session Reformer - clients may work out independently once introductory and group programming repertoire have been mastered

Cadillac, Chair & Barrels - private, semi-private and group personal training

Pilates on a Roll - private, semi-private or group classes with pilates on a foam roller

Pilates on a Ball - private, semi-private or group classes which challenge stability and balance

Pilates Mat Classes - private, semi-private and group classes

Certifications and Workshops
     
Breath of Vitality serves as a host facility for Stott Pilates certifications and workshops. We offer a wide variety of certifications including the Intensive Reformer, Advanced Reformer, Intensive Mat Plus, Advanced Mat, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels, Advanced Cadillac Chair & Barrels, and Injury & Special Populations. Workshops include Reformer Based Stability Ball, Mat Based Stability Ball, Pilates on a Roll, Back Care, and Prenatal Workshops as well as many other educational programs for the fitness professional.
