Extra gentle yoga is specifically geared to those individuals with limited mobility, including seniors or overweight people who wish to build strength and endurance through a regular routine of gentle stretching and breathing exercises. Extra gentle exercises safely improve range of motion, strength, posture, flexibility, mental clarity and function.
We are currently only offering private Yoga session.

We do not charge a fee for our group Yoga classes. Any donation of your choice is appreciated. Private sessions may be scheduled for an individual at times most convenient to you with private session fees applicable.
